A steak friterie on Vine Street

One menu, done right

Steak frites was born in the brasseries of 19th-century Paris and Brussels. We serve one version of it, and we've spent our time getting every part of it right. Everything is made from scratch: bread baked fresh, sauces made in house, fries cut by hand and prime tenderloin butchered in our kitchen.

Classic cocktails, each built around vermouth and balanced until we think it's the best version of itself. Start with our signature Negroni or Martini service. The wine list favors lesser-known classic regions of France, Italy and the U.S., from winemakers focused on sustainability.
